![]() A New Prime Minister After Liberal Evil was ousted from office in October for election fraud, in 'Force vs Liberal Evil', a new Prime Minister was needed. Elections were held shortly after to find out who would serve as our next Head of Government. Two candidates submitted their candidacy; the former Prime Minister, Farallaracks, and a longtime member who had never served in government, Dunkar. After seeing Dunkar's candidacy, the former Prime Minister immediately took back their candidacy and with no other candidates present, Dunkar by default, became Prime Minister of Force. So far, they have acted as a fine leader and we are sure they will continue to do so until the next election in December. The Fall Reforms Act & A Founder Question In October, Renegalle proposed 'The Fall Reforms Act'; a collection of various amendments to the Constitution. The major part of these amendments is to define what the duties of all government officials and to define exact lengths for both elections and voting on bills. After 3 days of voting, the bill was passed almost unanimously, 4-1 with the only opposition being Liberal Evil. The Founder later explained the purpose of these amendments. By defining duties of government officials, it is made possible for ineffective officials to be removed from office in order to ensure a more productive region. Then, by giving lengths for elections and voting on bills, it was ensured that these had to last for certain amounts of time so that an accurate vote could be recorded. Later that month, former Prime Minister Steinland (served in the infancy of the region), posed a few questions to the Court. They first asked whether or not the Founder was a citizen, and secondly they asked whether or not the Founder was immune to prosecution. After a few days, Prosecutor Libertatis Regalis stated that based upon the Constitution, they were unable to determine the answers to these questions. The Cabinet decided to decide this themselves by holding a vote. After the vote was held, it was decided 4-1 that the Founder was a citizen and 0-5 that the Founder was immune to prosecution. This question posed an issue, but through this process it is now possible for the Court to make rulings on things not clearly stated in the Constitution. The New In October during the Court case of 'Force vs Liberal Evil', Magistrate Auptoverland went inactive and was unable to make a ruling on the case. Instead, Renegalle selected Libertatis Regalis to make a ruling. After that when Auptoverland remained inactive, Renegalle decided to appoint Libertatis Regalis as the new Magistrate. After being elected, a bill authored by them was passed to change the name of Magistrate to Prosecutor as it suits their job better. So far, Libertatis has determined the result of 1 court case and 1 ruling and has served the post with dignity, while providing clarity in their prosecution and ruling. It was later privately revealed that Auptoverland was in the hospital for the majority of the month and was therefore unable to do anything. Libertatis is not expected to run in the next Prosecutor election in December, however if Auptoverland remains active, they are expected to run.
