I hereby move a motion of no confidence in the Prime Minister, Dunkar, and request that a vote/poll/referendum be held on whether he is fit for office, the question on the ballot being: "Should Dunkar continue as Prime Minister or face an early election?" Since October, when his premiership started, Dunkar has been the most inactive member of ministerial level. Throughout his whole time in Force, he has showed up only when it suits him, not when it suits those who elected him. I will admit that the Prime Minister talks a good talk - but he has never demonstrated his ability to walk the walk. Now, I am not questioning the Prime Minister’s capability to hold this position, as to do so would be questioning the democratic decision of the people of Force, but I am, however, questioning his commitment. If the Prime Minister cared enough for the people of Force who he was elected to represent, he would be a lot more active on the Forum and would have a larger presence on the Discord. The Prime Minister came into his position after the Liberal Evil scandal rocked Force. It was partly thanks to the Prime Minister that Liberal Evil was removed from office, and we must be grateful for that. But what matters is what Dunkar has done in office, and how it reflects upon Force today. And the time has come for change. Whilst I admire the Prime Minister’s strength, stubbornness and unwavering resolve, it is impossible to ignore the fact that he saw an opportunity as the Liberal Evil scandal unfolded, and took advantage of the situation to become Prime Minister. What seemed like stable new leadership at the time, is now old and weak, and in need of reformation. Earlier today our good friend Caidanland resigned from his post as Research Officer, due to the result of a poll that both he, I and many others who votes 'Yes' feel was a bad poll with bad options on the table. It is down to the Prime Minister not taking action and not taking the advice of Caidanland that Caidanland has resigned. This is a miscarriage of justice. I beg you, Mr. Prosecutor, to grant the people of Force this Referendum on the Prime Minister which they so clearly deserve. Please, rather than dismissing the case, allow the people to have their say and to let democracy work it's magic. Please. Should the Referendum be successful and an early election is held, Force would be praised for an extension of democracy. Please, please consider this case, Mr, Prosecutor. Yours gratefully and humbly, The Hon. Leader of Bennisa Force Ambassador to TRR |

The case is allowed under 4.2 of the constitution and will begin as soon as a jury is selected. |

Once again I am under characterization attacks from disgruntled entities. You lost your position due to your own resignation which forced me to reappoint a minister, now you're back and you expected me to remove him easily? For an elected official, to act like your position can be easily given away and taken back is a serious mistake. You say I have been inactive yet what dictates my duties is clearly defined within the Constitution, I have no intentions of going over ministers if they are executing their tasks lawfully. I seem to recall a recent bill submission about providing the Prime Minister powers to remove other ministers at will while appointing those within their favor. No one has to agree my views and vice versa, that is the cornerstone of democracy at whole. I'll be colder than a dead whale before you turn this chair into a throne of tyranny. You argue for democracy but also prepare for a hostile takeover. I ask the court for complete dismissal. |

The members of Force having their say in their own leader's future is not a 'hostile takeover', Mr Prime Minister, nor is the constitution, which has brought this court case against you. To dismiss democracy in action as such is not what the people of Force deserve nor what they need. My Bill brought before the assembly with regards to Ministerial appointments was only there to make life a bit easier and more practical for the Prime Minister and the Government, and, if you weren't aware, I actually withdrew that Bill before it was even voted upon on the grounds that it received an overall negative reaction. You first became Prime Minister replacing Liberal Evil. You had no Ministerial experience beforehand, you saw an opportunity in Liberal Evil's failures and you took it to further your own political career in Force. I am not an opportunist; I am taking this action against you because I wish to work in the best interests of Force and it's people, and I wish to ensure that everyone is satisfied with their leadership and Prime Minister. At the current point in time, that is not the case. I say again, many of us do not doubt your capability, but your commitment. That is why I ask the Prosecutor to pass this motion, for the good of Force. Thank you |

While I am no longer the prosecutor, I would like to offer some more information in this case. I would like to point out that Prime Minister Dunkar was only reelected 1 month ago with an overwhelming majority. Dunkar did rise to power after Liberal Evil was removed for election fraud but he was elected with the support of the people. Clearly the citizens of Force have spoken, and we clearly want Dunkar to finish his term. |

If the people of Force clearly want Dunkar to stay, then why not hold another election? It is obvious that the Prime Minister want's the case to be dismissed because he fears electoral defeat. At the last election, Dunkar won as his opponent (and I'm sure Seoul-Pyongyang won't take offence to this, he and I are close friends) ran a rather vague campaign. Also, in the elction debate, Dunkar's opponent was scrutinised far more and asked more questions, which I find to be very unfair, but there it is.
The Prime Minister said this during the debate. I later asked him on Discord why he had failed to appoint a Deputy since his re-election and the Prime Minister replied; "Unfortunately I have no intentions to appoint a deputy minister among the cabinet members, that would only lead me to fill another position." The Prime Minister accuses me of being tyrannical, yet has failed to do something he said he would do during the election campaign. His refusal to appoint a Deputy Prime Minister has meant that he has a tighter grip on power over Force, with nobody there able to scrutinise him or steady his hand who he will listen to. Dunkar should not be allowed to finish his term due to the dismissive, arrogant, snobbish, and quite frankly rude way he has dealt with this challenge and other issues brought before him in the past. |

The accusations made about him being one of the least active ministers are true, as he has very few posts on the forums even though he was the 16th member on the forums. I have been on since November, I was the 53rd member, and I now have the third most amount of posts. |

Bennisia, we just held elections for Prime Minister. We cannot hold a new election every time someone gets mad about an unfavorable decision. During the election process for Prime Minister, did you ask any question for the candidates? Did you step up and point out that his opponent was asked more questions? As for Deputy Prime Minister, his term is not over yet, why such a rush for an optional position? Politician ignores campaign pledge… News at 11 I agree Seoul, he could be more active of the forums and Discord. |
