I hereby move a motion of no confidence in the Prime Minister, Dunkar, and request that a vote/poll/referendum be held on whether he is fit for office, the question on the ballot being: "Should Dunkar continue as Prime Minister or face an early election?" Since October, when his premiership started, Dunkar has been the most inactive member of ministerial level. Throughout his whole time in Force, he has showed up only when it suits him, not when it suits those who elected him. I will admit that the Prime Minister talks a good talk - but he has never demonstrated his ability to walk the walk. Now, I am not questioning the Prime Minister’s capability to hold this position, as to do so would be questioning the democratic decision of the people of Force, but I am, however, questioning his commitment. If the Prime Minister cared enough for the people of Force who he was elected to represent, he would be a lot more active on the Forum and would have a larger presence on the Discord. The Prime Minister came into his position after the Liberal Evil scandal rocked Force. It was partly thanks to the Prime Minister that Liberal Evil was removed from office, and we must be grateful for that. But what matters is what Dunkar has done in office, and how it reflects upon Force today. And the time has come for change. Whilst I admire the Prime Minister’s strength, stubbornness and unwavering resolve, it is impossible to ignore the fact that he saw an opportunity as the Liberal Evil scandal unfolded, and took advantage of the situation to become Prime Minister. What seemed like stable new leadership at the time, is now old and weak, and in need of reformation. Earlier today our good friend Caidanland resigned from his post as Research Officer, due to the result of a poll that both he, I and many others who votes 'Yes' feel was a bad poll with bad options on the table. It is down to the Prime Minister not taking action and not taking the advice of Caidanland that Caidanland has resigned. This is a miscarriage of justice. I beg you, Mr. Prosecutor, to grant the people of Force this Referendum on the Prime Minister which they so clearly deserve. Please, rather than dismissing the case, allow the people to have their say and to let democracy work it's magic. Please. Should the Referendum be successful and an early election is held, Force would be praised for an extension of democracy. Please, please consider this case, Mr, Prosecutor. Yours gratefully and humbly, The Hon. Leader of Bennisa Force Ambassador to TRR |

Here you go after him for inactivity.
He was recently elected with majority did that not prove they wanted him? Appointing a deputy is his choice. This has nothing to do with the case.
This isnt about your personal dislike of his attitude. This is about inactivity and you cant stay on topic. There are clear signs of alternate goals.
I'm dismissing this case on the grounds that this is clearly because you didn't get your way. You keep going off topic and citing personal opinions about his demeanor toward you which is completely irrelevant. This court is not for you to use to get your way when people say no to you. His choice on whether or not to assign you as deputy or assign anyone at all is up to him, not you. Edited by Western Chosetus, Feb 24 2018, 10:16 PM.
