Force V. Bennisia It has come to my attention that The Democratic Republic of Bennisia has committed (6.1) Treason. He is attempting to use Executive Action to overthrow the Force Government. Bennisia has messaged His Imperial Majesty Renegalle numerous times asking that he replace our democratic government with a more restrictive one. He has shown regard towards other members of the Cabinet and is suggesting that we will “rig” the next election. I hereby ask that the Minister of Judicial Affairs impanel a jury and that he be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Section 6.1 of the Force Constitution 6.1. Treason Treason is defined as an event in which a citizen attempts to undermine the legitimate government of the region or its allies, hurt its people or its allies people, give sensitive information to foreign governments or people without the explicit permission of the government of Force, or break a legally binding oath. These events are considered crimes and are punishable by law. |

I ask the Court for a full dismissal of this case on the grounds of the fact that it is illegal, under section 5.3.2.5 of the Constitution.
No such telegram was received. I humbly ask the Court to dismiss this case. Bennisia Foreign Minister Edited by Democratic Republic of Bennisia, Apr 1 2018, 08:25 AM.

While this did not happen in game, it did happen on Discord. Since most of Force operations happen on Discord, I ask the court to continue the case. And if it is that big of a deal for you Bennisia, I can send one now since the case has not really started. Edited by Libertatis Regalis, Apr 1 2018, 10:28 AM.

The telegram was sent after the case was brought before the Court. I ask the Court to recognise the supremacy of the Constitution and drop the case. The case started as soon as you brought it before the Court, stop trying to get your way. |

5.3.2. In bringing a case before the Court, the applicant nation should set out: You see that word "should"? Legally speaking that means it is not required. Therefore the court has no grounds to dismiss the case. |

should ʃʊd/Submit verb 1. used to indicate obligation, duty, or correctness, typically when criticizing someone's actions. This has become petty, we're arguing over words now. I have apologised for my actions and I hope it is to the satisfaction of the Founder. Please dismiss the case. |

Unfortunately, the only people who could dismiss the case or stop it from moving forward would be either myself or the Judicial Branch of Force. Renegalle could stop it but I highly doubt that he would interfere with an active case without good reason. |

The good reason is that I'm completely innocent, and have apologised regardless for what I have/have not done. |
